Ruslana Lyzhychko, through her Ukrainian Sunrise Foundation, and Vitaliy Klitschko, through the Klitschko Brothers Foundation, have created a flood relief committee whose slogan is “The Carpathians. Floods. SOS. 2008.” The main goal of the committee is to coordinate targeted assistance to those areas of Ukraine that need it most and to create a database of victims and needs. This will help individuals and charitable institutions to provide assistance quickly and efficiently.
